I found the truck that I wanted online. We were able to complete all the administrative paperwork prior to showing up to Sherrell Chevrolet. It was the easiest sign and drive I have ever done. I have purchased ~30 vehicles in my lifetime and this was the easiest by far

Service was fine

Oil Change and Tire rotation seemed to be done fast. I had asked for them to replace the belt due to a squeak coming from it. They called shortly after I dropped it off to see if I wanted them to run a diagnostic. I agreed, and they said they would call me back, but never did. Even when I called to ask myself they gave me little to no information on my trucks status. Finally after being there from 9am till 3pm I showed up in person to try and figure out some information. They had to go check with the tech on the diagnosis and it wasn’t even done yet. They then told us it would be another half hour to an hour. When we came back they did finally have the diagnostic done, and we’re about to start replacing the chipped belt. It really felt like we had been put on the back burner this time. I’m not sure if it was the diagnostic or that we didn’t wait for the service or something else that made it take that long. I was never told that having them look at the belt pulleys would end up taking all day.

The dealership garage seemed a bit more rushed and did not reset my mileage after my oil change which I was able to figure out on my own and the sticker for my next service actually reflect a mileage that was over 1000+ miles less than when I arrived with my vehicle for its service. No major issues just attention to detail was lacking.

I've always had a positive experience with the crew at Sherrell. They do a great job every time.
