I have never had a oil change before when they never change the filters.

i;ll be going to another shop next time i need repairs done. i could have bought the part for 250.00 and had it installed and charged for 500.00 and had it done in 2 days. you cant even find the parts neded

Getting our new Tahoe from Sherrell Chevrolet was great. Danielle was wonderful to work with and kept us updated the entire time. Manny made the paperwork side of things seem less and made it easy by doing everything over the phone rather than having to make the drive. The above and beyond was met when Danielle delivered our vehicle to us at our home knowing we had a full schedule with kids and work.

the main reason i did decide to go with Sherrell Chevy was that Jessie reached out to me early the next morning and followed up with me on questions i had, because of the work Jessie did i did not mind driving a total of 10 hours to get the deal done. Manny was very good at closing the deal and had all the paper work done when we arrived after closing time

Truck we purchased was not detailed or cleaned very well.We were told to bring it back for DETAILING but we have a very busy schedule and could not be there at proposed times so we cancelled for another day,but were told we would have to pay for the detail because we couldnt meet the detailers time schedule? Very disappointing to be told we would get a BETTER cleaning (animal hair was present in back floorboard) if we could be there at Detailers discretion.
